The founder began by supplying fresh chicken to street vendors at Daja Second Traditional Market. As customer preferences shifted, the food market underwent changes in eating and purchasing patterns. To adapt to these changes, the founder introduced enhanced services to vendors, enabling them to expand their businesses conveniently and diversify their offerings beyond purchasing fresh meat solely in person at the traditional market.

1992

Started operating at Daja Second Traditional Market in Taichung.

Established the first factory in Daan District.

Founded SonTai Enterprise Company Ltd.

 

2001

Introduced a new fried chicken chain store brand, Chicken King.

 

2003

Established Jia Mao Enterprise Company Ltd.

 

2004

Imported a complete set of automatic production equipment.

 

2005

Established the first processing plant in Taoyuan.

 

2006

 Established the first prepared food production line.

 

2018

Upgraded facilities after relocating Taoyuan Processing Plant to Daan District, Taichung.
